Registered lawyer before the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid, with registration number 141.669. He holds a Law degree and a Master's in Access to the Legal Profession from the European University of Madrid, a Master's in Law of Regulated Sectors from Carlos III University of Madrid, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Competition Law from the same academic institution. He has experience in the public sector at regional, national, and European levels, as well as in the private sector, both in Madrid, Brussels and Slovenia. He is currently combining his legal practice as an associate professor with a PhD in European Administrative Law.

He graduated in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earned a Master's in Fundamental Rights from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and obtained a PhD in Law from the same university, achieving the highest distinction. He gained extensive experience in the public and academic sectors and was recognized as a corresponding academic member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Spain. In addition to his main professional activity, he collaborated with various research groups and legal publishers, both nationally and internationally.
